Domino's Pizza

Dominoes has a great food tracker so we were able to see how long our food sat in the delivery driver's car. We understand that places get busy but an HOUR in a warming bag is too long. Our chicken wings suffered sitting in that bag so long. Take the time and pick up your own food from another venue. I understand the area has a non-chain restaurant nearby. ::edit:: I should have read the reviews. Our experience was not unusual.

This is how it arrived btw. At this rate they gotta change the menu pictures. Other Domino's locations at least fill the box side to side. Where's the sauce?

Dined in and ordered at 1055 pm. Waited 50 minutes in my car after they closed the lobby at 1115pm. That’s fine but an hour wait?!?!? Service is garbage at this location. Still waiting at 1145pm

Yesterday, I ordered delivery through the mobile app. The tracker didn’t work at all. It kept trying to load and encounter an error. When the pizza arrived an hour later, it was burnt. It also was paper thin in the middle (literally almost just cheese) yet parts of the crust were massive in proportion. It just seemed really carelessly prepared. I wouldn’t recommend this location, and possibly not this brand. When you look at how many family owned pizza places there are in the valley that take pride in their product, it’s hard to justify going to a chain to save a few bucks. The experience just doesn’t compare.
